Don’t Miss This to the End!

My daughter captured this incredible turkey on her trail camera in Massachusetts. I wish I could enlarge it. Actually “stretching” the whole page works on my iPad. We have wild turkeys in NJ, but I have never seen one like this, so amazing!

  1. It's mating season, isn't it? Your daughter captured a great view. I like it when the turkey is looking right at the camera.

  2. This was fun to see. I even played it twice, I was so impressed. Your daughter shared a gem, Barbara.

  3. Interesting. I once turned a corner on a quiet country road and there was a flock of wild turkeys in the road. They got gone pretty fast, so I didn't get to see all that strutting. But they were big birds.

  5. I wonder if he saw the camera, and was making a 'go-away' signal! It looks like he saw it. I have feathers that we find on our walks-so neat because they have many different kinds of feathers all on one bird body!! We hear them and see them quite often, but this was fun to see so close up.
